Absolutely not! We do what is best for you. Our quotes are based on the square footage of the home. We can complete your quote by email or phone but we do prefer in home estimates if you may be interested in recurring cleaning services.
We will bring the equipment and cleaning products needed to clean your home. We use professional products that are much more effective than "grocery store" products.

When we provide a quote, it's our best guess estimate based on the information you provided us about the condition of your home. If we feel we can't get the house clean as quoted, we will notify you immediately to give you the option to add more time at an additional cost or set priorities for what we will focus on cleaning.
Scheduling Questions
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know. You can hide a key or give us the door code so we can access your house on cleaning day.
We do our best to be "right on time." But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on the previous house or weather. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you.
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments. We hope that our quality will keep you on our schedules!

We offer recurring maid services (weekly, biweekly and monthly), one-time deep cleanings, move in/out cleanings and vacation rental cleaning. We offer office cleaning and other commercial cleanings…just ask and we will let you know if the facility is something we can do. Power washing is one of our most popular services come Spring and Summer and, since Covid, we now offer professional disinfecting.
For cleanings under 7 hours we only send one cleaner. For longer cleanings, we will send two cleaners.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We hire for integrity and train for skill.
We use professional janitorial cleaners that are much more effective than grocery store products.
